Built so the ten-calls problem can't happen here.
Verification, privacy, honest reviews and a real dispute process. Here is how each one works.
Verification before the first quote
New companies start as "pending" and cannot see requests or quote. Our team checks:
- US: the USDOT number and operating authority on FMCSA's public SAFER records; brokers need active broker authority
- Canada: the NSC number with the home province, or Ontario's CVOR
- Insurance: insurer, policy number and expiry date
If a company changes its ID numbers or insurance, it goes back into review automatically.
Your details stay yours
- Companies never see your name, phone, email or street address while they quote
- Phone numbers, emails and links typed into messages or notes are hidden automatically
- Only the company you book (or one you choose to share with) gets your details
- We never sell or rent your information
Anti-spam rules
- One quote per company per shipment, and a cap on quotes per shipment
- Message rate limits, so nobody can flood your inbox
- Companies that try to move customers off-platform before booking are suspended
Reviews only from real bookings
Only a customer whose car was booked and marked delivered can leave a review, one per shipment. Companies can reply publicly. We don't edit or remove reviews because they are negative.
Disputes
If something goes wrong after booking (no-show, late pickup, damage), open a dispute from your dashboard. Our team reviews the messages, timeline and photos with both sides and records the outcome on the shipment. Damage claims go through the carrier's cargo insurance, so always note damage on the inspection report at delivery.
Inspection at both ends
Your driver records the car's condition on a bill of lading at pickup and again at delivery. Take your own dated photos too: they are your best evidence.
