From request to delivery, in writing.
Here is exactly what happens after you post, and what companies can and cannot see.

Tell us about the car and the trip
Add one or more vehicles (year, make, model, running or not), pickup and delivery cities, your first available date and how flexible you are, open or enclosed, and up to 8 photos. Then create your account, so your quotes have somewhere private to land.

Verified companies on your route get an alert
Carriers and brokers who cover your pickup or delivery area get a text and an in-app alert. They see the route, vehicle, dates and photos, but not your name, phone, email or street address.

Written quotes arrive in your dashboard
Each quote shows the all-in price, the pickup window, transit time, what is included (insurance, deposit and payment terms) and a note. Next to it: the company's USDOT/MC or NSC/CVOR number, insurance status, years in business, fleet size and reviews from booked customers.

Ask questions in-app
Every quote has its own message thread. Phone numbers, emails and links are hidden automatically until you choose to share your details, so nobody can take the conversation to the phone without your say.

Accept the quote you want
One tap books it. The company you chose gets your name, phone and exact addresses to arrange pickup. Everyone else is told the job was booked and cannot contact you.

Pickup, delivery and review
The driver inspects the car with you at pickup and delivery. You follow the status in your dashboard (booked, picked up, delivered), then leave a review that helps the next customer.
What companies see vs. what stays private
Companies see
- Pickup and delivery city, state/province, and the first 3 characters of the ZIP/postal code
- Vehicles, running or not, open or enclosed
- Your dates and flexibility
- Your photos and notes (contact details are stripped from notes)
Stays private until you choose
- Your name, phone number and email
- Exact pickup and delivery street addresses
- Anything you have not shared in a message
Open or enclosed?
Most cars ship on open carriers: the multi-level trucks on every highway. Enclosed trailers cost more and protect against weather and road debris; they are the usual pick for classic, luxury, exotic and very low cars.
You can ask for both in your notes and compare.

Ready for quotes without the phone calls?
Post your shipment in about two minutes. It costs nothing to get quotes.
